Captain Helle

I have spent forty-five years in shipping and leadership — first at sea, later ashore.

I trained as a Master Mariner, then served as a ship inspector for the Danish Maritime Authority, and went on to captain vessels for A.P. Møller–Mærsk. In the years since, I've advised maritime organisations, led as Director of Danish Maritime Officers, and now serve as President of WISTA Denmark, working to grow the next generation of women leaders in the industry.

Alongside that career, I trained as a Certified Advanced Soul Realignment practitioner under Andrea Hess, and have spent years working with the Akashic Records — not as an alternative to the professional world I come from, but as the depth underneath it.

I don't ask you to leave your achievements at the door. I ask what they've cost you, and what wants to happen next.
